Seriously Happy Coaching

Seriously Happy coaching combines research-based tools from positive psychology with my love of connecting with people and helping them find the best solutions for improving their lives.

Drawing on your values, strengths, resilience, and available resources, we will develop a toolbox of techniques you can use to increase your well-being — even during the most challenging times.

As your coach, I will help you identify where you’d like support — and then together we will figure out which positive psychology tools work best for you, both in terms of what actually makes you feel better and which tools will be easiest for you to integrate into your daily life.

Coaching sessions are 55 minutes via zoom or phone. Cost is sliding scale $40 / $60 / $80. Pay what best fits your situation.

If you have a specific situation that you want help with, we can address that in 1-2 sessions. If you want to increase your overall sense of well-being, I encourage you to schedule 3-4 sessions to get the the best results.
