NEW CLASS: The Art of Tenderness

Positive psychology isn’t about always being positive. That would be both impossible and pointless.

In the March Happier Brains Class we will talk about times when tenderness is needed: times of grief, of disappointment, and when plans go awry. Focusing on gentleness, compassion, and connection can create a different experience for those hard times. We will practice some gentle somatic techniques and look at some research-based ways to bring tenderness to our toughest times.
