I love connecting with people one-on-one to help them find the best solutions for increasing their sense of well-being and improving their lives.

I use research-based tools from a variety of disciplines in my coaching and tailor each session to address your specific needs.

As your coach, I will help you identify where you need support — and then drawing on your values, strengths, and available resources, together we will figure out which techniques are the best fit for you right now.

Coaching sessions are 55 minutes via zoom or phone.

Cost is sliding scale $40 / $60 / $80. Pay what best fits your situation.

If you have a specific situation that you want help with, we can address that in 1-2 sessions. If you want to increase your overall sense of well-being, I encourage you to schedule 3-4 sessions to get the best results.
